Dear Students,
Please find below detailed information regarding enrollment in the first year of the first cycle of studies for the 2025/2026 academic year. Enrollment will take place from July 15, 2025, until July 21, 2025.
Candidates who have met the requirements for enrollment at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo, in accordance with the Call for Applications for the first year of the first cycle of studies for the academic year 2025/2026, are required to submit the original versions of all uploaded documents and complete their enrollment within the designated period. Failure to do so will be interpreted as a withdrawal from the selected study program.
Candidates who have not met the admission criteria may apply for the second admission round, which will be open from August 25, 2025, to September 5, 2025.
Enrollment documents are to be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering on working days between 10:00 and 14:00.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT:
- Completed application form indicating the exact study program (printed from the eUNSA Information System),
- Original secondary school diplomas and certificates,
- Birth certificate (original or certified copy),
- Citizenship certificate (original or certified copy, not older than 6 months),
- Documents relevant for point-based evaluation and documents proving status as a child of a fallen soldier, war invalid, recipient of war honors/decorations, or orphan (both parents deceased),
- Index (student booklet) and enrollment documents, which include four forms: enrollment sheet, semester registration sheet, and two ŠV-20 forms. These materials, along with payment slips, can be collected at the Faculty porter’s desk. Payments should be made in accordance with the Payment Instructions attached to the notice,
- Two identical photographs (size 4×6 cm),
- Medical certificate indicating health status, issued by the Student Health Protection Institute of the University of Sarajevo. Appointments for the Faculty of Electrical Engineering are scheduled from July 7 to July 21, 2025. Please note that schedules published on the Institute’s website and the online registration portal do not apply to ETF students,
- Two signed copies of the Study Contract (downloadable from the attachment),
- Two signed copies of the Statement on Grammatical Gender (downloadable from the attachment),
- Proof of payment of enrollment/tuition fee (payment according to the Payment Instructions),
- Regular study (first cycle): 100.00 BAM
- Self-financed regular or distance learning (DL) study, DSAI first cycle: 3,000.00 BAM.
- Proof of payment for access to the Faculty’s Student Information System (in accordance with the Payment Instructions),
- Proof of payment for access to the UNSA Student Information System (in accordance with the Payment Instructions),
- Proof of payment for the entrance examination (payment slip previously uploaded to the system),
- Certificate of residence registration in Bosnia and Herzegovina (applicable to foreign nationals only).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Students who are self-financed must provide proof of payment of the first tuition installment at the time of enrollment, or no later than 5 days before the start of the academic year for first cycle studies, and 10 days before for professional studies.
Students belonging to the category of children of fallen soldiers, war invalids, recipients of war honors/decorations, and orphans, who have registered residence in Sarajevo Canton, are exempt from tuition fees. In addition to documentation confirming their category status, they must also submit a CIPS-issued certificate of residence.
